We are a small, bespoke, student accommodation business with properties in uphill Lincoln. We started in 1996 when we bought our first house and began letting it to students studying at Bishop Grosseteste University. We decided from the off that we would include all bills, so the students had only to find their keep. We bought our second property in 1998 and in 2000 we bought our latest property. We continue to improve and upgrade the properties year on year to maintain our high standard of accommodation.
